There are some good quality designs out there, although you'll probably have to search quite a bit to find them. It's best to have an idea in mind about the tattoo you want then look for it that way. Although it may take you some time, you could very well find it. If you do come across it as a free tattoo design - you should always triple check the quality before you decide to have it done.
